Wildlife

Guanavista borders the Ostional Wildlife Refuge – one of the world’s most important nesting sites for olive ridley sea turtles. Howler monkeys, toucans, iguanas, and hundreds of bird species are part of daily life here. All lighting within the community has been designed with local biologists to protect nesting activity after dark.

Why now matters

Guanavista is a community of 52 homesites across three phases – intentionally small, intentionally private. Phase A (Arribada) is the first and most established phase: closest to the clubhouse, the beach trail and the community’s shared amenities.

Infrastructure for Phase A – water, electrical systems, and internal roads – is being completed in 2026. Buyers entering now do so at pre-completion pricing, with full visibility into what’s being built and when.

Once Phase A is sold, those lots don’t come back.
