We are Nelson and Sujayra, founders of Nosara Dream Properties and proud locals. Our shared belief in the unique charm of Nosara inspired us to start this project, so that more people can live and enjoy this paradise we call home. Hola! My name is Nelson and I’m the proud owner of Marley, my loyal adventure friend. Outside of work, I enjoy soccer, surfing, skateboarding and cooking. But beyond my hobbies, what truly drives me is helping people find their place in this tropical paradise.

Hola! My name is Sujayra and I’m a lover of personal development books, yoga and spending time with my family and my little dog Chiquitita, I also enjoy connecting with nature and finding peaceful moments. Although I studied Law at the University of Costa Rica, I soon discovered that my true passion lies in the world of real estate marketing.
